As an experienced somatic therapist and practitioner of Attachment-Focused EMDR, I am available for brief, focused courses of psychotherapy (6-12 sessions) targeting specific traumatic events, chronic anxiety and depression symptoms, and negative beliefs and interpersonal patterns.

I offer sound meditation as part of therapeutic work or on its own. Sound has been recognized as an agent of psychological and physiological healing since ancient times, and eases the way into relaxation and expansion. In addition, I teach clients how to work with mantra as practice for spiritual growth and self-regulation.

I offer meaningful, personalized ceremonies to honor life’s sacred thresholds—birth, death, marriage, coming of age, healing, and transformation. I can also bring kirtan or world-music chanting circles to any event or retreat. Whether through ritual facilitation or sacred music, I bring presence and intention to help mark these moments with beauty, depth, and soul. Each ceremony is crafted with care to reflect the unique spirit of the individual or community it serves.

During winter months, I facilitate 4-day ketamine retreats in the breathtaking rain forest of Belize. Take in the medicine of the eco-system while doing deep inner work at a beautiful retreat center. Available for individuals, couples, and groups.
